Make sure that the radio status says ONLINE and not OFFLINE, if its offline you will have to wait for the server to restart. If the embedded player on the main page does not work try the other links, choose which media player you would like it to play in then download the link.

How Do I Get My Picture On To The Shoubox?

You need to go to www.tinypic.com upload your picture there, once it gives you the link which should be the bottom link, copy it and past it into the 'Email/URL' box on the shoutbox, then when you chat your picture will be displayed as well.
